Qualified Instructors
We have a great pedigree of competition tested Instructors, Adam Kiely and Dave Waters lead the Instructor team.
Adam is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt who regularly competes in tournaments. He has competed at all belt levels from white through to black. He has a passion for BJJ and the positive effects it can have on confidence, lifestyle and fitness.

The wish of the owners of the gym and their overriding aim is to create a fun and safe environment for everyone to train.We are committed to running a variety of classes to suit all types of person. This varies from full time athletes to 2 year old children who want to explore movement.We offer a ‘family’ run studio that promotes a friendly atmosphere. Lessons are set in a private or group setting.Martial Arts are fun and offer a healthy way to express creative thought and movement.An individual will be taught the essential tools to succeed with BJJ that has many positive contributions outside of the studio.

Lessons in a 1-2-1 or Group setting

£30/month 1/week £45 unlimited all venue
The classes consist of a series of warm ups and gymnastic type exercises which will give the children the necessary tools to progress in there BJJ. After the warm up is a series of games, followed by technique. After technique sparring is taken part in; this is always scaled appropriately to the individuals level.
